If you receive an item that is incorrect
Within 3 days of the delivery to you, send us an email at email@example.com. In your email subject, quote your order number. Provide the details of the incorrect item in your email and our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to rectify the issue. We’ll exchange the incorrect item for the correct item within 2 working days.
For Athena Plus users, within 3 days of the delivery to you, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email subject, quote your order number. Provide the details of the order and our customer service team will contact you to arrange to pick up the incorrect order. We will exchange the incorrect item for the correct one, next business day.
If you receive a damaged item
Within 3 days of the delivery to you, send us an email at email@example.com. In your email subject, quote your order number and the title “Damaged Item”. Provide the details of the order and our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to rectify the issue. We will exchange the damaged item for a new item in two business days.
For Athena Plus users, within 3 days of the delivery to you, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email subject quote your order number and the title “Damaged Item”. Provide the details of the order and our customer service team will contact you and arrange to pick up the incorrect order and we will exchange the damaged item for a new item the next business day.
Note: Return disputes that do not accurately quote the order number and accurately articulate the details of the order will cause delays and ultimately increase the return time for the damaged item(s)/correct item to the customer.
Items that are raised to be returned in excess of 7 working days after delivery will not be accepted.
Athena Technologies Limited accepts different forms of payment via the Internet. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal (Please visit PayPal’s website for more information). All articles mentioned are billed in Trinidad and Tobago (TT) Dollars.
We also accept Manager’s Cheques made payable to Athena Technologies Limited for the full amount of the order purchased. These cheques are to be presented to our courier, upon delivery of your order. Failure to present the cheque or errors on the cheque will result in Athena Technologies Limited terminating your order.
An important note about credit card transactions
When you place an order, an authorization is obtained from your bank. The authorization places a temporary hold on the funds. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being held within your account to ensure the order can be processed. This hold typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending on the policy of your bank. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) is shipped.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Athena Technologies Limited offers (2) two types of shipping; Standard Shipping, which is (5) Five Business Days and Express Shipping, which is (3) Three Business Days. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude Trinidad and Tobago Holidays.
All orders are subject to complete verification prior to shipment. On orders shipped faster than the stipulated days for the type of shipping selected at checkout, Athena Technologies Limited will guarantee delivery.
Orders which have been placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day. Arrival dates are for business days and do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Trinidad and Tobago holidays.

Athena Technologies Limited would reimburse you the shipping costs based on the type of shipping chosen, if the order does not arrive in the stated time frame. Weather delays, mechanical delays or other factors beyond the control of Athena Technologies Limited may impact delivery times and are non-refundable.
The reliability and accuracy of the delivery services will depend on the shipping address entered at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address entered at checkout is the correct address in order to have their order delivered on time.
