What Is Athena About?

It’s a web application that allows parents to purchase books from their child’s booklist from any school and class within Trinidad and Tobago. Parents have the option to cover their books, have them labelled with their child’s name, school and class then delivered straight to their door.

How Do I Access The Application?

On any device, the application can be accessed through the website

How Can I Pay For This Service?

Customers will be able to use their credit cards; we accept major carriers such as MasterCard and Visa. Additionally customers have the option of using PayPal as an alternative form of payment.

What Currency Are The Items On The Application Priced In?

Items in the application are priced in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD).

What Currency Will My Credit Card Be Charged In?

Your credit card will be charged in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD).

If I Do Not Have A Credit Card But Want To Use Athena?

As an alternative to the digital methods of payment. Customers have the option of paying via Manager’s Cheque made payable to “Athena Technologies Limited.” This cheque is given to our courier on delivery of your order.

Will My Personal Data Be Secure?

We have implemented the strongest data encryption technologies to protect, transmit and process your data. You can shop with confidence and feel comfort in knowing your data is secure.

Will Athena Store My Credit Card Information?

No, Athena will not save your credit card information.

How Long Before My Order Is Delivered?

The shipping method selected at checkout will determine the amount of time taken for your order to be delivered. We currently have two shipping methods available, express shipping and standard shipping. Express Shipping takes (7) seven business days and Standard Shipping takes (12) twelve business days.

When Will I Be Able To Use Athena?

We will announce via different media when the application is available to use.
Athena is available to selected schools presently, however next year, the service will be opened to the wider public.
